Design
Design? That's easy. Don't buy ugly buildings, don’t build ugly buildings, don't do ugly rehabs, don’t buy properties in ugly neighborhoods, and listen to the tenant for their specific design needs. Every tenant has specific floor plan requirements that facilitate flow. A poorly designed lease space creates unnecessary friction. We understand that at Loopy Limited. We are devoted and qualified to get you the best office or building design.
Construction
Construction comes naturally to Loopy Limited. Mitch was in the construction business for 15 years before selling his construction company to focus on real estate. If a "Build to Suit", "Lease Back", "Finish Out" or some other option involving construction, brings us together then we can carry the ball where other real estate companies fumble.
Management
About 25% of our tenants left their old lease space and came to Loopy Limited for one reason: bad management. We picked up on that cue and manage all of our own properties in-house. We refuse to take a gamble on outside management companies. Secondly, our in-house management costs us practically nothing, which we get to pass on in the form of cheaper rents to our tenants. Our roving team of maintenance personnel is constantly on call. Loopy Limited will also provide contract management services to third party building owners at prices much lower than traditional management companies.
